Rainex: billing and prospects, not a purchasing agent

Rainex: billing and prospects, not a purchasing agent

August 19, 2026

“Rainex AI Agents Review: Pricing, Features & Use Cases” (URL /apps/ai-agents/) describes configurable agents: support, lead qualification, HR or sales processes, without dedicated staff. Scope, rules, escalation, metrics. Target: subscription / online software teams already on Rainex billing. Hook: bundled with the subscription platform, agents on real-time customer / revenue data. Badge: paid, from $250 / mo. Schema.org Offer: price 250, url rainex.io. Slogan: “perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with users and other systems”. What it does: support triage, real-time conversations, lead routing, conversion / resolution metrics, billing stack extension. Key features: customizable, real-time support, lead generation, track process results. No “get it”, no “look elsewhere”, no “built for”, no “used by”, no gross merchandise value (GMV) scenarios. Index use cases: Personalization engines, Product description at scale, Shopify AI apps, AI sourcing & dropshipping. Four tags. A billing / lead / HR product. This article does not invent a gross merchandise value (GMV) either. Putting Rainex in an “AI buying agent” metric is budgeting UCP. It is operations (subscription, lead, ticket). A subscription does not open a Gemini delegated payment tunnel. Shopify App Store rainex / ai-agents: 404. The schema domain, consulted for this listing, displays Account Suspended (Bluehost). It is not a product specification. Index alternatives: Activepieces, Abstra, CleeAI.

The December 2, 2025 Wayback archive of rainex.io lays down three building blocks: GetLeads (prospecting, similar companies, outreach, hot leads), Rainex.Ai Agent (Sales, Procurement, Lead Generation, HR and Recruitment, Finances and Accounting), Rainex.Billing (plans, add-ons, recurring, portal, 140+ currencies). Title: Lead Generation with Follow-up Billing System. Free Plan for billing to start. GetLeads: 1,000+ new customers / month, 1,000 prospects at $0.09 per lead. No $250 on this homepage. Solutions: SaaS, e-Learning, digital marketing, media, e-commerce. No Shopify named. The Getting Started API doc describes a billing REST API (v1.0): product families, plans, add-ons, charges, subscriptions, invoices, customers, webhooks (HTTP callbacks). Updated “about 3 years ago”. ReadMe banner “For AI agents: visit llms.txt”: Markdown index for web crawlers, not the Rainex.Ai Agent product. Two texts. One directory logo. Not UCP. Not ACP. Not Magic sheets. $250: directory badge only.

If the idea of a software buyer is new: what agentic commerce is. The 2026 calendar: what was delivered. Buying surfaces: AI buying agents (buyer index, not this /apps/ai-agents/ sheet). Official totals remain human tunnels: 2026 e-commerce statistics.

Summary

One agent word, one billing, zero buyer checkout funnel

Rainex, at the publisher (2025 archive), is a B2B prospect platform plus a subscription system. The directory categorizes "AI Agents" with e-commerce applications. This is not a buyer agent. This is not Sidekick. This is not UCP.

The directory is correct on the broad scope: automating front-office alongside billing. The directory is wrong if $250 is read as a 2026 vendor pricing grid, if dropshipping is the product, or if rainex.io is a dashboard. Tool framework: what platforms need to change. Rainex does not change the machine purchasing flow, the application firewall, or the delegated checkout. It bills a subscriber, or prospects a lead. A buyer agent does not purchase just because you have a plan item price.

Vocabulary (subscription, not buyer mandate): glossary of agentic commerce. Gemini / UCP and ChatGPT / ACP do not open Rainex. Magic writes descriptions: Magic / Sidekick. Operations / customer experience neighbors: Ada, AgentZena, Activepieces, Abstra. Four contracts. Rainex is billing. Ada is the customer support widget. Do not merge them under "AI agents".

The archive: GetLeads $0.09, not Offer 250

The home page from December 2, 2025, is the last public marketing contract we can read. It is not the $250 badge.

  • Three brands: GetLeads, Rainex.Ai Agent, Rainex.Billing. The directory only keeps "AI Agents" plus bundled billing. Ai Agent navigation: Sales, Procurement, Lead Generation, HR, Finance. The directory adds support conversations. Two lists.

  • GetLeads: B2B, AI prospecting, messaging, cold outreach, 1,000+ customers / month. Footer: 1,000 prospects at $0.09 per lead. It is not $250 / month. It is not an e-commerce cost per acquisition (CPA). Cold outreach: claim, not a detailed method here.

  • Billing: plans, add-ons, fees, frequencies, 140+ currencies, recurring, customer portal, tax, one-time payments, analytics. Free Plan to start subscriber management after GetLeads. $250 directory entry point for agents: absent from this home page.

Homepage title: Lead Generation with Follow-up Billing System. Use alone or in combination. Trusted globally: slogan. E-commerce solutions: one vertical among five, not an App Store. Book a Demo, Sign In. Copyright 2025 in neighboring period snippets. Customer Portal "reduces the operational burden on customer support": self-service invoicing, not an Ada customer experience agent.

The domain today: Account Suspended, contact Bluehost. Schema url and Offer 250 point to a hosting page. Do not sign a $250 deal on a parked page. The readme API, however, still responds. Two availabilities. A directory logo. Sign In and Book a Demo on the archive no longer have a home if the DNS is dead. A 2026 call for tenders that copies Offer 250 without checking the domain buys a schema.org, not an agent. e-Learning and Media & Publishers under Solutions: other verticals besides the Shopify AI apps label.

A GetLeads prospect is not a SKU comparable by a buyer. What a purchasing machine needs is not a B2B look-alike. After a shop click, the product sheet: readable storefront. Buying rails: how protocols differ. Rainex implements none of them. MCP versus tool APIs: another article. Here, the API is the subscription.

The API: subscriptions, not a buyer

Getting started cuts through the misunderstanding "Rainex = purchasing agent" and the other, "AI agents in the doc = Rainex.Ai Agent".

Introduction: Restful API, HTTP, project name in the URL. Object catalog: product families (SaaS lines as examples: project management, collaboration, customer support as families), recurring plans, add-ons, one-off charges, prices, attachments, subscriptions (customer linked to services, billed via invoices), one-off payments, credit notes, transactions, customers, frequencies, currencies, notifications, logs, API keys. Eight subscription verbs listed alongside (create, update, read, cancel, terminate, one-off charges, list, metadata). It is based on the Chargebee model. It is not a Merchant Center feed. It is not UCP.

We do not copy authentication, keys, request bodies, or commands. If you still have a live project, read the page. The host api.rainex.io is named in the doc. From this environment, the connection to this host failed. The readme, however, is useful. Two states. Updated about 3 years ago: the doc is not a 2026 changelog.

Banner "For AI agents: visit llms.txt": index of Markdown / OpenAPI pages for documentation agents. This is not Sales / HR / Procurement. Do not budget llms.txt as a Rainex.Ai Agent SKU. "Go look elsewhere" does not exist on the directory. The real "go look elsewhere" is: if you want a buyer, this API does not do it.

CSV / shop catalog: off-topic. CSV-first is not Rainex. Use cases of a purchasing agent: elsewhere. Here, the case is a suspended site and a $250 directory fee. Parent page: index of AI applications.

Webhooks: notifications to your server, says the index. High level. Not a user manual. Customer support as an example of a product family: a SaaS line name, not Ada.

At your place: an archive, an API, a parking lot

On your side, Rainex does not place a store pixel or an Agentic Storefronts button. Three elements. None of them is an AI sales channel.

  • Billing: plans, invoices, portal, 140+ currencies. Archive Free Plan. Subscription API. Target: online software / subscriptions, according to the directory.

  • GetLeads / Ai Agent: $0.09, HR / sales / purchasing navigation. Directory: support + prospects + $250. Two pricing grids.

  • The DNS: Account Suspended. Orphaned $250 offer. Readme still there.

No directory Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) scenarios: rare index honesty, or incomplete listing. Dropshipping / product description / personalization / Shopify AI apps use cases: tags. Absent from the archive and the API. Do not sign them. Pairs missing. Activepieces / Abstra alternatives: visual operations board, not a subscription payment provider.

Schema url rainex.io: directory tracking pointing to a domain parking page. Do not include it in a single sign-on. $250: badge. $0.09: 2025 footer. Free Plan: billing. Three prices. One owner finances. Shopify 404: you do not install anything in the administration. Directory platform tags: index noise.

Directory escalation: defined by the operator. Archive: not a customer experience service level agreement. Book a Demo 2025: dead call to action if the site is dead. Contact Bluehost: for the DNS owner, not for your return on ad spend (ROAS).

Procurement and Finances and Accounting in the Ai Agent navigation: internal processes, not a product sheet. The directory stating "already using Rainex for billing" assumes an active billing account. If the public site is suspended, it is not proof that your client portal is too. It is proof that the marketing gateway is. Ask an existing owner for status, not the directory.

Not Magic, not UCP, not a documented $250

Do not merge Sidekick, a buying agent, Ada, Activepieces, and an Offer 250.

Other contracts

Agent payment funnel, listings. Out of scope

An "AI agents Rainex" pitch can sell billing, GetLeads, an HR agent, a $250 listing, or Bluehost domain parking. Five deliverables. Our two URLs: homepage archive and API doc. Neither UCP, nor ACP, nor Magic.

What this sheet does not measure

This sheet does not measure anything after a prospect or an invoice. Neither gross merchandise volume (GMV), nor customer satisfaction (CSAT), nor a deflection rate. Public totals remain human tunnels.

  • $250 / Offer 250: directory. Absent from the home archive and from Getting started.

  • 1,000+ customers / $0.09: GetLeads 2025 marketing.

  • Dropshipping / descriptions / customization / Shopify apps: directory tags.

  • Site schema: suspended. API: doc ~3 years old. API host: unreachable here.

  • llms.txt: doc index for crawlers, not a business agent.

Do not budget a parking space as a channel. High-converting: not the word. Trusted globally: slogan. 140+ currencies: billing claim, not a buyer market.

Three tickets, not a dropshipping label

This week, by billing / prospects hole, not by Shopify AI apps filter.

  • Is the DNS responding?: Account Suspended. The directory itself is still selling for $250.

  • $250 or $0.09?: Badge versus 2025 footer. Free Plan billing: third price. API: no $ grid.

  • Subscription or buyer?: Getting started = invoices. Directory labels = dropshipping. Keep the invoices.

The single test: if the index removed Shopify use cases tomorrow, would the work remain? A subscription payment provider, possibly. A purchasing agent goal, no. If rainex.io remained suspended, would your $250 call for tenders change? If not, you had budgeted a schema.

Owners: finance / billing for the API, commercial operations for GetLeads, information security if keys still exist, not an UCP owner. One hour: Offer 250, archive three blocks, Getting started object catalog, 404 Shopify. Ignore dropshipping / 1,000+ customers as a specification.

You do not enable Rainex as an AI sales channel

You do not turn on Rainex in agentic Shopify sales channels. You create a plan, a subscription, an invoice. Or you buy leads. The buyer does not see Rainex. An agent without a delegated card does not read your product family. It reads a product feed.

If a seller promises "e-commerce AI agents", ask for: billing, GetLeads $0.09, HR/sales agent, directory listing $250, or a Bluehost DNS. Five deliverables. Our two URLs: archive and API. The rest is index. The slug /apps/ai-agents/ is not the index of buying agents.

UCP and ACP elsewhere. Postponing Rainex is not postponing Merchant Center. After an invoice, it's your gateway. The directory has not measured 1,000 customers. Do not attribute gross merchandise value (GMV) to it. The 404 App Store closes the store OAuth misunderstanding. Parking closes the dashboard misunderstanding.

Free Plan archive versus paid $250 directory versus usage $0.09: three mechanics. An owner finances. E-commerce archive vertical is not Shopify AI apps.

An agent index, billing, parking

Rainex is fragmenting: $250 directory listing + Shopify tags + support, GetLeads/Billing/Ai Agent archive, subscription REST API, suspended DNS. Starting point: billing and leads first, buying agent never.

Index: which item (invoice, $0.09 lead, $250 listing), who clicks (SaaS operations), what proof (offline site vs. online readme). Not a chatbot prize list. Activepieces / Abstra alternatives: filter, not six audits.

You can ignore the tool and stick to Stripe Billing. You can read the API and refuse GetLeads. You can treat Offer 250 as an orphan. The directory does not decide. Your DNS does. Book a Demo 2025 is not a 2026 installation.

Open Magic (listings) and buying agents. Put down the contract, not the dropshipping tag. If the committee wants a single figure, refuse. $250, $0.09, Free Plan, suspended, 404 Shopify, fake tags: six sentences. None of them is gross merchandise value (GMV).

A subscription contract, a financing owner, not an MCP buyer

The owner is not "growth, AI application". It is finance / revenue operations, with commercial exploitation on GetLeads. A single owner mixes UCP, a dropshipping label, and an Offer 250. This is how a committee buys a purchasing agent and receives a Bluehost page.

Buyers do not see Rainex. Your subscribers do, if billing is still running. You keep an archive, API doc, a parking page. The Meta buyer sees none of the three.

If the committee wants a figure: $250 is not yours. $0.09 is not a subscription. 1,000+ is not a panel. A tool is budgeted on a live DNS and an invoice object, not on a schema. The rainex.io URL schema is a directory tracker to a suspended account. This is not a single sign-on.

Next week's test: one question about the live site or Bluehost, one question about $250 vs $0.09 vs Free Plan, one question about invoices vs Shopify labels. Otherwise, you have a directory address. If all three hold up without gross merchandise volume (GMV) and without dropshipping, you have a contract (or the absence of a contract). If one relies on Offer 250 alone, you have a scenario.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it a buying agent?

No. Billing, GetLeads, operating agents (sales/HR/finance) on the archive. Gemini and ChatGPT: other contracts. The slug /apps/ai-agents/ is not the index /agents/.

Why $250 and $0.09?

$250: badge and directory Offer. $0.09: GetLeads footer on the 2025 archive. Free Plan: billing. Three prices. The current homepage no longer displays them: it is suspended.

Is the site working?

rainex.io: Account Suspended Bluehost. Readme API: yes. Host api.rainex.io: unreachable from this environment. Archive: December 2, 2025.

Is it a Shopify app?

Directory use cases label it so. App Store: 404. Archive: e-commerce vertical, not an OAuth.

Is the API an AI agent?

Getting started: REST billing. The "For AI agents" banner points to a Markdown docs index, not to Rainex.Ai Agent.

Customer support?

Directory: conversations + escalation. Archive: self-service invoice portal. Ada / AgentZena: other profiles.

Dropshipping / product descriptions?

Index tags. Absent from both of our URLs.

What to do this week?

Check the DNS. Separate $250 / $0.09 / Free Plan. Read Getting started as billing. Ignore Shopify tags. Report UCP: off-topic. Do not track a parked domain.
